What an exhausting day! I have spent the whole day compiling a list of affected buildings in my district and planning urgent distribution of rapid antigen test kits to the affected households. My eyes are sooooo sore, my back as well... For my own good, I must always remind myself to maintain proper posture and practise the 20-20-20 rule to protect my eyes!

Sad to hear that the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases soared... NO! I must not allow negative thoughts to take over my mind! Let me list some ways that help nurture positive thinking:
✔_Identify and stop negative thoughts
✔_Think rationally
✔_Focus on the positive things surrounding us
✔_Be thankful and express gratitude to the people around us (including my colleagues!)
