The Civil Service Newsletter (CSN) Editorial Board is pleased to welcome Ms Doris Ho Pui-ling, Permanent Secretary for Development (Planning and Lands), as its new Chairperson from January this year. We also extend our gratitude to the outgoing Chairperson, Ms Shirley Lam Shuet-lai, then Permanent Secretary for Home and Youth Affairs and currently Permanent Secretary for the Civil Service since 19 January 2026, for her leadership and contributions over the past three years or so since August 2022. Under her leadership, CSN has publicised good stories of civil servants in different positions across the Government and has provided an added link with serving and retired civil servants through the feature articles on civil service affairs, close-ups of departments, and feature stories of pensioners, etc. As new Chairperson, Ms Ho will lead CSN Editorial Board in continuing to promote good stories of civil servants.
