The first of the series examines from the legal perspective whether the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China (the Constitution) applies to Hong Kong. It also introduces how other countries recognise holders of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Passport as Chinese nationals, which enables us to travel overseas. The second recording analyses the relationship between the Constitution and the Basic Law by citing the different systems in force in Hong Kong and our country. The first two recordings are now available at the Basic Law Corner, and the other two will be available soon. |
