Promoting a Culture of Continuous Learning

The College adopts a blended training approach by actively integrating face-to-face and online training modes to enrich civil servants' learning experience.

E-learning Resources

Resources on the LMP are systematically categorised, covering salient areas to meet the learning needs of all levels.  Major areas include:

Diversified resources on the LMP include web courses, thematic webpages, short videos, audio clips, articles and book summaries, etc.  Interactive question-and-answer sessions and quizzes are included as well.  The vivid content and lively format aim to encourage users to pursue self-directed learning in a relaxed manner.

Financial Sponsorship

To enhance civil servants’ capacity in meeting new challenges at work, the College implements the Training Sponsorship Scheme which sponsors officers at MPS Point 49 or below to attend work-related courses in their own spare time.
