The College adopts a blended training approach by actively integrating face-to-face and online training modes to enrich civil servants' learning experience.

E-learning Resources

Our dedicated e-learning platform provides a wide range of resources, including videos, web courses, seminar highlights, book summaries, articles and learning tips. These resources are designed to facilitate self-directed learning among civil servants on national development, leadership, innovation and technology application etc. Examples of theme-based portals:

Financial Sponsorship

To enhance civil servants’ capacity in meeting new challenges at work, the College implements the Training Sponsorship Scheme which sponsors officers at MPS Point 49 or below to attend work-related courses in their own spare time.
