What's New on Civil Service Medical and Dental Benefits

Pilot Scheme for Provision of Civil Servant Discs for Serving Civil Servants in the Evening Session of Family Medicine Clinics (FMCs) under the Hospital Authority

  • Under the pilot scheme, civil servant discs are provided for serving civil servants in the evening session of selected FMCs of the Hospital Authority.  Please refer to Annex for the information of the selected FMCs and the related booking information.

Provision of Designated Services for Civil Service Eligible Persons at The Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hong Kong

  • From 20 July 2026 onwards, designated services are provided to civil service eligible persons (CSEPs) at The Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hong Kong.  The designated services are positioned as primary healthcare, covering general outpatient consultation (including Western medicine consultation to be provided as necessary), general outpatient intervention and outpatient integrated allied health services.  There are 5 000 quotas for designated services in each of the first two years, i.e. 10 000 quotas in total for the two years.  For details about the designated services and appointment booking, please visit https://www.csb.gov.hk/english/admin/benefits/64.html#DesignatedServicesprovidedbyCMHHK.

Pilot Scheme on Dental Services for Civil Service Eligible Persons in Shenzhen Phase 2

  • Service period of the Pilot Scheme on Dental Services for Civil Service Eligible Persons in Shenzhen (hereafter “PDSSZ Phase 2”) will be extended to 28 February 2027.  For details about the PDSSZ Phase 2, please visit the website of Department of Health (DH) at https://www.dh.gov.hk/english/main/main_ds/main_pdssz.html.

Civil Service Eligible Persons Seasonal Influenza Vaccination Pilot Scheme 2026/27

  • The Government will implement the Civil Service Eligible Persons Seasonal Influenza Vaccination Pilot Scheme in 2026/27 on 17 September 2026 to provide Civil Service Eligible Persons (CSEPs) with free influenza vaccination services at all six families clinics.  CSEPs can make appointments from 8:00am on 8 September 2026 through the Families Clinics Online Booking System (https://www.clinical.dh.gov.hk/OnlineBookingWeb/?lng=en#/PDQAS/login) or the Automated Telephone Booking System (Tel. No.: 3950 9800) (for details, please refer to the flow chart). 
  • CSEPs are reminded to allow time in advance to register and activate their accounts on the Families Clinics Online Booking System in order to make appointments for vaccination services online (https://www.dh.gov.hk/english/‌clinictimetable/fc_booking.html).  In addition, before receiving the vaccinations, eligible persons aged 18 or above are required to register eHealth accounts (https://www.ehealth.gov.hk/en/you-and-your-family/how-to-register/register-online.html) for record.  If a CSEP has a vaccination record (i.e. vaccination record card), please also bring it along for healthcare use by the healthcare staff.
  • To further facilitate serving civil servants in receiving influenza vaccinations, the Government will continue to arrange outreach vaccination services at specified government buildings on specified dates on a pilot basis.  Details of the outreach services will be announced separately.
