What's New on Civil Service Medical and Dental Benefits
Provision of Designated Services for Civil Service Eligible Persons at The Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hong Kong
- From 20 July 2026 onwards, designated services are provided to civil service eligible persons (CSEPs) at The Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hong Kong. The designated services are positioned as primary healthcare, covering general outpatient consultation (including Western medicine consultation to be provided as necessary), general outpatient intervention and outpatient integrated allied health services. There are 5 000 quotas for designated services in each of the first two years, i.e. 10 000 quotas in total for the two years. Pilot Scheme on Dental Services for Civil Service Eligible Persons in Shenzhen Phase 2
- The Pilot Scheme on Dental Services for Civil Service Eligible Persons in Shenzhen will be extended for 12 months (hereafter “PDSSZ Phase 2”). The invited CSEPs will receive designated dental services, including oral imaging (X-ray) check and dental scaling services at the Shenzhen New Frontier United Family Hospital, during the service period from 1 March 2026 to 28 February 2027. Civil Service Eligible Persons Seasonal Influenza Vaccination Pilot Scheme
- The Government first launched the Civil Service Eligible Persons (CSEPs) Seasonal Influenza Vaccination Pilot Scheme in 2024 to provide free Seasonal Influenza Vaccination Services for CSEPs with a view to better protecting their health and reducing the risk of community and workplace transmission of influenza. We will continue to implement the Pilot Scheme in 2026/27. Details will be announced in due course.
Pilot Scheme on Dental Services (Dental Scaling) for Civil Service Eligible Persons Phase 2
- Service period of the Pilot Scheme on Dental Services (Dental Scaling) for Civil Service Eligible Persons will be extended to 28 February 2027. For details, please visit the website of the DH at https://www.dh.gov.hk/english/main/main_ds/main_psds.html.
Families Clinics Online Booking System
- The online booking service of families clinics has been fully launched. CSEPs would need to apply in advance for the Families Clinics Online Booking System (Online Booking System) Account if they wish to make appointment in families clinics online.
- CSEPs can submit completed electronic forms (eāForms) of “Application for Families Clinics Online Booking System Account” via this weblink, the weblink on the websites of DH or @DH Mobile App. Please refer to Annex and the demonstration in DH’s website for the application and activation procedures for Online Booking System accounts.
- CSEPs who have successfully applied for and activated their accounts can log in the Online Booking System via this weblink.
Civil Servant Discs for Family Medicine Clinics (FMCs) of the Hospital Authority New Booking Function in the “HA Go” Mobile Application
- Function of booking same-day civil servant discs in the “Book FMC” module in the “HA Go” mobile application has fully rolled out to all FMCs offering civil servant discs.

Pilot Scheme for Provision of Civil Servant Discs for Serving Civil Servants in the Evening Session of FMCs
- The pilot scheme for provision of civil servant discs for serving civil servants in the evening session of the FMCs of the Hospital Authority currently at Wan Chai Violet Peel FMC and Tuen Mun FMC has been extended to Yau Ma Tei Jockey Club FMC with effect from 1 April 2025.
