Biography
Mr Chan joined the civil service in 2004. He was Principal Assistant Secretary for Security in 2014 and then Press Secretary to Chief Secretary for Administration in 2020. He served as Assistant Director (Media), Chief Executive's Office in 2022. Mr Chan became Deputy Secretary for the Civil Service 2 in July 2024.
