Application Procedures (including On-line Application)

Recruitment advertisements for all government jobs are posted on this website and may also be placed in local newspapers. Most vacancies require applications to be submitted on a prescribed application form (G.F. 340). Hard copies of the forms are obtainable from any Public Enquiry Service Centre of District Offices, Home Affairs Department or any Job Centre of the Employment Services Division, Labour Department.

Candidates may also download G.F. 340 or apply on-line here.

Completed forms should reach the specified addresses for respective posts before the closing date for applications. On receipt of applications, the recruiting grade / department will issue an acknowledgement of application to the candidates. Those candidates who are selected for selection interview or examination will normally receive an invitation in about six to eight weeks from the closing date for applications.
