Terms of Appointment and Conditions of Service

New appointees to the Training Officer I rank will be appointed on civil service agreement terms for three years.  The entry pay for a Training Officer I is Master Pay Scale Point 28. They will be considered for appointment on the prevailing permanent terms upon the end of the agreement terms.

Apart from monthly salary, officers also enjoy a range of fringe benefits, including vacation leave, medical and dental benefits, and where appropriate, housing benefits.
