Training Officer Grade
Duties and Responsibilities
Members of the Training Officer grade are mainly deployed on the following duties:
- designing and conducting training programmes on management, language, communication etc. for government employees;
- planning and organising human resource development programmes and activities;
- providing consultancy services and advice to bureaux / departments on human resource management matters;
- designing and developing e-learning materials, providing advisory service on e-learning;
- assisting in formulating policies on training and performance management; and
- undertaking training and general administration work.
