Learning Management Portal (“LMP”)

The Civil Service College launched a brand-new one-stop Learning Management Portal (LMP) in June 2025. With enriched learning resources and more advanced functions, the LMP enables training to achieve a wider reach and greater flexibility, and fosters a culture of continuous learning among civil servants.  Learners can browse information about CSC’s programmes on the LMP and track their own achievements and progress in both face-to-face and online learning. A mobile version of the LMP is available, supporting login through iAM Smart.
