Training Officer Grade Most of the Training Officers are working in Civil Service Bureau and some are deployed to work in other government bureaux/departments. They are responsible for providing training and development services to civil servants, and for providing consultancy and advisory services to bureaux/departments on human resource development. Grade Structure and Establishment As at 11 June 2011, the total establishment of the Training Officer Grade is 77 which includes one Principal Training Officer, two Assistant Principal Training Officer, 10 Chief Training Officer, 34 Senior Training Officer and 30 Training Officer I posts. Duties and Responsibilities Members of the Training Officer grade are mainly deployed on the following duties:
