Cyber Learning Centre Plus ("CLC Plus")

Civil Service Training and Development Institute, CSB offers a broad range of e-learning resources through our online learning portal, CLC Plus. Available in both desktop and mobile versions, CLC Plus enables all serving government employees to learn anytime, anywhere. Bureaux/departments may also use the portal to disseminate department-specific learning resources to their staff.
