The worst but most preferred method of recording is verbatim minutes.
It is the best answer to questions like "did I say that"
or suggestions that "I didn't mean that". Suddenly the
Secretary's job is made a lot easier.
It is a qualification for those who have no idea of what business
management is about but want to make people think that they too
can run a business. MBA is also a programme that keeps universities'
business schools in business. It is strange though that most successful
businessmen have no MBAs.

- A mental disorder of someone whose only life interest is nothing
but work.
- A supervisory technique of leading by example.
- A label for an inefficient employee (or boss)!
Those who cannot survive restructuring, re-engineering, redeployment,
retraining, etc. will have to resign, or to be fired.
If you start wondering whether you have made the right career choice,
it is already too late!
Wasting fellow civil servants' time! Blame it on today's ultra-fine
division of labour and delegation of authority.
