SINCE the last readership survey of the Civil Service Newsletter five years ago, we have added a number of features to make the magazine a more enjoyable read. Its purpose is to provide a communication tool between the Administration and the civil servants through the publication of educational and informative material submitted by various bureaux/departments, agencies and the civil servants themselves.
