Appointment to Advisory Committee on Post-service Employment of Civil Servants

The Government announced today (July 16) that the Chief Executive has appointed Mrs Jean Au Yeung Lui Miu-kwan as a member of the Advisory Committee on Post-service Employment of Civil Servants for a term of two years from July 17, 2012, to July 16, 2014.

The Government has expressed its sincere appreciation for the valuable contributions of Mr Simon Ip Sik-on, who has served as a member of the Advisory Committee over the past seven years.

The Advisory Committee advises the Government on matters relating to the post-service employment of civil servants. It is currently under the chairmanship of Dr Moses Cheng Mo-chi. Other serving members of the Advisory Committee are Mr Vincent Cheng Hoi-chuen, Professor Paul Lam Kwan-sing, Mr Lee Ming-kwai, Mr Nicky Lo Kar-chun, Mr Vincent Lo Wing-sang, Ms Marina Wong Yu-pok and Mr Yeung Ka-sing. Its secretariat support is provided by the Joint Secretariat for the Advisory Bodies on Civil Service and Judicial Salaries and Conditions of Service.
