Training and Development

The Grade has a well-structured training programme to enhance grade members' professionalism and broaden their outlook :

• Management Training for grade members at various stages of their career, including a series of basic training programmes for new recruits during their probation, a mandatory development programme on financial, human resource and IT management skills for Executive Officers I, skills training on special job needs and tailor-made management programmes to meet the career and development needs of Executive Officers at different levels;
  
  
• Grade members may have opportunities to attend National Studies Programmes to enhance their understanding of the latest developments on the Mainland;
  
  
• Grade members may have overseas training opportunities to sharpen their management and leadership skills and widen their exposure through interactions with executives from other countries; and
  
  
• Financial assistance for grade members to obtain higher management qualifications through part-time studies.

Besides, career postings will be arranged for grade members for career development.
