Executive Officer Grade

Terms of Appointment and Conditions of Service

New appointees to the Executive Officer II rank will be appointed on civil service probationary terms for three years. The entry pay for an Executive Officer II is Master Pay Scale Point 17. Those who pass the probation will be appointed on civil service agreement terms for three years. Officers may be appointed on the prevailing permanent terms upon their satisfactory completion of the three-year agreement or promotion to the rank of Executive Officer I during the three-year agreement period, whichever is the earlier.

Apart from monthly salary, officers also enjoy a range of fringe benefits, including vacation leave, medical and dental benefits, and where appropriate, housing benefits.
