Training and Development

The General Grades Office is committed to providing grade members with appropriate training to equip them with the necessary skills, knowledge and mindset for the provision of quality service to the public.  A variety of training courses are provided on various job skills, languages, human resources management and job culture, etc.  The aim is to enhance grade members' performance and versatility at work, their flexibility and adaptability to change.
