'Treasures of the World's Cultures from the British Museum' was organised by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department Volunteer Team in collaboration with Fanling Integrated Family Service Centre of Social Welfare Department on 27 October. The visit aimed at promoting cultural activities among the grass root families from the New Territories. Guided tours of "Treasures of the World's Cultures from the British Museum" were arranged for about 50 participants by the volunteer team.

The exhibition features about 270 artifacts including sculptures, paintings, jewellery, porcelain and stone artifacts that have been collected from five continents of the world by the British Museum. All of these cultural treasures and artifacts encompassed cultures from ancient Egypt, Rome, Greece, the Middle East, India and Japan.
