Training & Development Objectives
The Civil Service Bureau designs training and development (T&D) solutions to facilitate the delivery of efficient and responsive public services. The training programmes and consultancy services support bureaux and departments in implementing their T&D plans. The Civil Service Bureau aims to deliver T&D activities which are :

designed to improve the performance of civil servants and reinforce the basic principles and core values of the civil service; |

integrated with human resources management practices; |

meeting the changing needs of the civil service; |

facilitating a self-learning and continuous improvement culture in the civil service; and |
