Civilian staff with long and meritorious service may be granted the following awards after they have completed 20/30/40 years of service:

	a 20 Years' Meritorious Service Certificate; or
	a 30 Years' Meritorious Service Certificate plus a commemorative gold pin; or
	a 40 Years' Meritorious Service Certificate photo-engraved on a metal plate with a wooden stand.
