General Outpatient Services
Civil service eligible persons may obtain general outpatient services through one of the following channels:
- book an appointment at the families clinics under the Department of Health using the appointment booking telephone numbers;
- book a disc at the general outpatient clinics of HA through the telephone appointment system; or
- obtain a priority disc for civil servants in person at the general outpatient clinics of HA (for serving civil servants only).
